A new rumour courtesy of Justin Kroll (Variety) has given us an idea of just who might be the villain in The Batman. Kroll sent out the following tweet last night which points to Warner Bros. having The Penguin at the top of the list of villains to feature in the movie. As always these rumours should be taken with a pinch of salt. On its eleventh day in release the film crossed $218.5m taking its global tally to $505m. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 star Jamie Foxx has been confirmed to take the lead in the reboot of Spawn. The Todd McFarlane property was confirmed last year to be entering production on a new movie. Shock news overnight as Collider has learnt that Andrew Lincoln is leaving The Walking Dead. The second season of Marvel’s Luke Cage is coming to Netflix in June 2018. That series will mark the latest appearance of nurse Claire Temple played by Rosario Dawson.
