Amazon Prime has debuted our first look at its adaption of Dynamite Entertainment comic The Boys. The Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson series ran from 2008 to 2012 and has been adapted for the screen by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. The series take an alternative look a the superhero genre by focussing on a group of heroes who have become amoral celebrities that often engage in destructive behavior. Netflix has finally lifted the lid on its upcoming adaption of The Umbrella Academy. The series, adapted from the Dark Horse comic by Gerard Way, will debut its 10-episode first season in February. Though Wonder Woman 1984 isn’t in theatres for another 17 months Patty Jenkins already has an idea in mind for its sequel.
