Synopsis Victor confronts his father about his football game. Halo and Forager go to high school. Review Wow, wow and wow. What an episode “Another Human Freak” turned out to be. Following some run-of-the-mill episodes this is absolutely a highlight for me. In the previous episode (reviewed here) we were introduced to Victor Stone prior to the accident which turns him in to Cyborg. In this episode the writers put their foot on the gas and go full on origin for the character. The episode wastes no time in bringing about the accident which gravely wounds Victor. It’s easily the goriest moment…

Synopsis With no news on his sister, Brion is growing more and more impatient, but Batman’s on the case. Review I’m beginning to think that Young Justice needs to re-brand itself as DC Universe: The Animated Series. This episode chooses to focus on the adventures of Batman, Katanna and Metamorpho and forego many of the younger characters. Yes it services the overall arc of the season. There’s method in the madness but I can’t help feeling like the show has gotten a little lost in trying to tell a very ambitious story. The young’uns aren’t totally absent from this episode…
