It was overall a good night for Marvel at last nights BAFTA awards here in London. Following Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse picking up the award for Best Animated Film it was then the turn of Black Panther to pick up a win or two. Ryan Coogler’s movie picked up the award for Best Visual Effects beating out Marvel Studio’s own Avengers: Infinity War to scoop the prize. Congratulations to the cast and crew of Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse who last night took home the Bafta for Best Animated Movie. The Sony Pictures release was nominated alongside Disney/Pixar’s Incredibles 2 and Wes Anderson’s Isle of Dogs.
