In wishing fans a happy Valentines Day Marvel had some great news for Agents of SHIELD fans. Season 6, which had been expected to debut in July, will now premiere in May! At the end of this short teaser the series logo is trailed by the words “May 2019”. Deadline is reporting that CBS, owners of the franchise, and network Nickelodeon are currently in negotiations on creating a new animated series. Late last night rumours began to circulate that Rian Johnson’s planned Star Wars trilogy was being cancelled by the studio. Unsubstantiated reports claimed that following the lacklustre fan response to The Last Jedi and Solo’s failure at the box office, the new trilogy was to be indefinitely postponed.
