America’s favorite vigilante is back and sharper than ever. Paramount+ has released the official trailer for Season 2 of the SHOWTIME® original series Dexter: Resurrection, starring SAG Award® honoree and Golden Globe® winner Michael C. Hall. The second season is set to premiere exclusively on the Paramount+ Premium Plan on Friday, 30th October.

From Emmy®-nominated showrunner and executive producer Clyde Phillips, the new season finds Dexter Morgan (Hall) caught between two dangerous killers: one with decades of notoriety and a lifetime of kills behind him, and a fresh young face terrorizing New York in unprecedented ways. Compounding the stakes, Dexter battles an unexpected mid-life crisis while his son Harrison (Jack Alcott) continues his own pursuit of justice as father and son face their darkest chapter yet.
The returning cast includes Uma Thurman, Jack Alcott, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf, Dominic Fumusa, Desmond Harrington, and James Remar. Joining the series in regular roles for Season 2 are Dan Stevens, Emmy® winner Bokeem Woodbine, Nona Parker Johnson, and Emmy®, Olivier®, and Golden Globe® winner Brian Cox. Krysten Ritter also returns in a guest starring role, with Gabriel Luna joining as a guest star. Executive producers alongside Clyde Phillips include Michael C. Hall, Scott Reynolds, Marcos Siega, Tony Hernandez, Lilly Burns, John Goldwyn, Sara Colleton, Veronica West, Kirsa Rein, Tanner Bean, and Katrina Mathewson.
Fans can also look forward to the return of Dexter: Final Cut, the official after-show hosted by Jamie Chung (Dexter: New Blood), premiering on the official Dexter YouTube channel on October 31st. Season 1 of Dexter: Resurrection is available to binge now on Paramount+, with Season 2 launching on 30th October.
