The series premiere of DC Studios’ brilliant new series Lanterns broke records with an incredible 9.3M views in its first few days on HBO Max. But tonight the mystery of what happened to Hal Jordan (Kyle Chandler) deepens with the debut of episode two. New episodes of Lanterns debut every Sunday in the US and Monday in the UK.
The second episode, “Trust Fall”, was written by Vanessa Baden Kelly & Chris Mundy and directed by James Hawes. The synopsis for the episode reads:
“Green Lantern Hal Jordan and new recruit John Stewart investigate a deadly shooting to prove an alien force was involved.”
