Oni Press and the world-renowned Archie Comics Publications Inc. have unveiled our first look at the cover artwork for Sabrina the Teenage Witch #1, the latest in an all-new line of comics launching in September 2026 to celebrate Archie’s 85th anniversary.
Debuting in stores in October, Sabrina the Teenage Witch hails from Hugo Award nominee Corinna Bechko (Green Lantern: Earth One) and Eisner Award-nominee Kano (Daredevil) and features a main cover also by Kano. Variant covers come from Eisner Award-nominated cover artist Marguerite Sauvage (Action Comics), Naomi Franq (Tales from Harrow County: Death’s Choir),Eisner Award–winning cartoonist Caroline Cash (PeePee PooPoo),legendary Archie Comics artist Dan Parent (Life with Kevin), Eisner Award–winning artist Erica Henderson (The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl), and Mahmud Asrar (Conan the Barbarian).
Take a look at each of the cover designs below:
“We’re so incredibly excited and honoured to not only be a part of Sabrina’s magical legacy but to highlight a host of incredible artists,” said series editor Megan Brown. “These bewitching covers offer just a small glimpse into the mischievous and enchanting world of Sabrina the Teenage Witch—never boring, never ordinary, and always spellbinding.”
Who’d ever want to be ordinary when you could be a teenage witch instead? Still reeling from the surprise revelation of her secret birthright and with Halloween just around the corner, high schooler Sabrina Spellman is honing her craft one hex at a time and figuring out how to balance her magical new life with the crushing responsibilities of being 16 years old. But when her feline familiar Salem drops a mythical trickster on Sabrina’s literal doorstep, she might not be able to keep her two worlds from smashing together like two busted pumpkins on All Hallow’s Eve. No time for fate. No time for destiny. No time for homework. Being a teenager is far from magical . . . even when you’re a witch!
Sabrina the Teenage Witch #1 arrives in comic book stores on October 7, 2026.
