Tonight Paramount Pictures has shared the a brand new spot for next month’s Scream 7. The film, directed by franchise creator Kevin Williamson, will release in UK cinemas on February 27, 2026.
The new spot teasers several major characters from the franchise’s history, some of whom are rumoured to appear in this new film, and proudly proclaims “Every killer has lead to this”. Are we about to witness the end of Sidney Prescott’s story?

When a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target. Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.
