Paramount and Nickelodeon have debuted another hilarious clip from SpongeBob SquarePants: Search for SquarePants ahead of the film’s December 20 release in UK cinemas.
The new clip finds SpongeBob and Patrick facing off against some creepy skeleton’s in the underworld as they begin their mission to become certified swashbucklers. Will they succeed? You’ll need to watch the film when it hits cinemas in order to find out.

Desperate to be a big guy, SpongeBob sets out to prove his bravery to Mr. Krabs by following The Flying Dutchman – a mysterious swashbuckling ghost pirate – on a seafaring comedy- adventure that takes him to the deepest depths of the deep sea, where no Sponge has gone before.
The latest SpongeBob movie is directed by Derek Drymon based on an original story by Marc Ceccarelli & Kaz and Pam Brady and screenplay by Pam Brady and Matt Lieberman. The film stars Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke, Carolyn Lawrence, Mr. Lawrence, George Lopez, Isis “Ice Spice” Gaston, Arturo Castro, Sherry Cola with Regina Hall and Mark Hamill.
