We’re just under three weeks to go until Stranger Things returns to our screens with the first four episodes of season five. As the hype continues to build Netflix has released the first five minutes of the season online.
The scenes return to Will Buyers’ (Noah Schnapp) time in the Upside Down during the first season of the show. The flashback moment brings us to the moment Will meets Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower), tying together the season one storyline with the villain’s dastardly plans.

As the first extended clip was arriving online the cast of the series was walking the red carpet at the world premiere in L.A. The entire main cast of the series was in attendance at Hollywood’s iconic Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.

Stranger Things 5 will release on Netflix in the UK across three premiere dates with Volume 1 on November 27 (four episodes), Volume 2 on December 26 (three episodes) and The Finale on New Years Day. Each volume releases at 1AM GMT.
