BOOM! Studios has revealed our first look at July’s Power Rangers Prime #8. Groundbreaking series writer, and scribe behind the Power Rangers: Darkest Hour event Melissa Flores, alongside artist Michael YG (Iron Fist), colourist Fabi Marques, and letterer Ed Dukeshire continues to herald a new era in the Rangers Mythos with the new ongoing series Power Rangers Prime.
The VR Troopers strike a deal–they’ll let Mark, Ranger Prime Blue, go…in exchange for Lauren, Ranger Prime Red! Will the other Rangers be willing to make the trade? Or will they stand up to the Troopers? And who is the mysterious figure coming to throw off the balance?
The latest issue in the series features a main cover by the incomparable Dan Mora, with variants by Colm Griffin (Moon Man), Dan Panosian (Alice Never After), Keyla Valerio (Vicarious), Takeshi Miyazawa (Mech Cadets), Elizabeth Torque (Uncanny X-Men), and a limited BOOM! Studios Direct Reserve exclusive variant by Huy Dinh (The Boys). Feast your eyes on this month’s crop of cover designs in the gallery below:
Never one to let us down, BOOM! has also shared with us five unlettered preview pages from issue #8. You don’t need us to tell you that there may be spoilers ahead for those who aren’t up to date on the series so far. Read on at your own risk…
