Tonight Marvel Studios will unveil its second film of 2025, Thunderbolts*, with a European Premiere taking place here in London. The film, directed by Jake Schreier, is currently slated to hit UK cinemas on May 1, 2025 before debuting in US theatres on May 2.
Ahead of its international rollout, a series of new character posters have surfaced online from Marvel Studios. The six posters highlight each of the team’s core members. No new look at “Bob” just yet as the studio continues to keep him under wraps until later.

Florence Pugh returns as depressed assassin Yelena Belova alongside Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Wyatt Russell as John Walker, Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Lewis Pullman and Geraldine Viswanathan also star.
Jake Schreier directs Thunderbolts* with Kevin Feige producing. Louis D’Esposito, Brian Chapek, Jason Tamez, and Scarlett Johansson serve as executive producers.
Thunderbolts* comes to UK cinemas on May 1, 2025.
