Over the weekend Paramount Pictures teased that a new trailer for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning was on the way. Well now it’s here! The latest chapter, once again directed by Christopher McQuarrie, will release in UK cinemas in May 23, 2025.
For now, Paramount remains typically tight-lipped about the story of the film. The short synopsis the studio is running with reads: Our lives are the sum of our choices. Tom Cruise is Ethan Hunt in Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.

Once again directed by franchise legend Christopher McQuarrie, The Final Reckoning stars Tom Cruise, Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg and Vanessa Kirby. Also starring are Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Mariela Garriga, Henry Czerny, Holt McCallany, Janet McTeer, Nick Offerman and Hannah Waddingham with Angela Bassett, Shea Whigham, Greg Tarzan Davis, Charles Parnell and Frederick Schmidt.
