Disney is currently hosting their first ever D23 Brazil presentation. That means us fans have an opportunity for new looks at plenty of projects from our favourite Disney franchises. Last night, Marvel Studios held their own presentation and brought with then a special new look at Thunderbolts*. The film, directed by Jake Schreier, is currently slated to hit UK cinemas in May 2025.
Florence Pugh returns as depressed assassin Yelena Belova, and the trailer finds her teaming up with some unlikely faces. The returning cast includes Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Wyatt Russell as John Walker, Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Lewis Pullman and Geraldine Viswanathan also star.

As well as debuting that incredible trailer the studio has also released an official poster of the film. The artwork teases the titular team at each other’s throats whilst a rather disinterested Yelena looks knowingly at the audience. Here’s a look at the full image:
