Huge news from DC as part of the solicits for books publishing in November 2024. The publisher has announced that Cassandra Cain will be starring in her first solo series in two-decades when Batgirl #1 hits comic book stores on November 6.
Cass is taking center stage in her first solo Batgirl series courtesy of writer Tate Brombal (Green Lantern Dark, House of Slaughter) and artist Takeshi Miyazawa (Ms. Marvel, Mech Cadet Yu).
When a deadly group of assassins shows up to kill Cassandra Cain, Lady Shiva must come to the rescue, and they’re forced to put their complicated past aside and work together as mother and daughter to ensure they make it out alive.
