After a hugely successful awards season, Searchlight Pictures and director Yorgos Lanthimos are turning their attentions to their next project, Kinds of Kindess. The film will release in UK and Irish cinemas in June 2024.
The film is a triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing-at-sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.

Searchlight Pictures presents, Kinds of Kindness, directed by Academy Award® Nominee Yorgos Lanthimos. Two-time Academy Award® Winner Emma Stone stars alongside Academy Award® Nominee Jesse Plemons, Academy Award® Nominee Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Academy Award® Nominee Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie and Hunter Schafer. The original screenplay was written by Lanthimos and Efthimis Filippou, making this their fourth collaboration (The Lobster, The Killing Of A Sacred Deer, Dogtooth). The movie was produced by Ed Guiney, Andrew Lowe, Kasia Malipan, and Yorgos Lanthimos.
