The team of writer Mark Russell, Mike Allred and Laura Allred have created a unique take on The Man of Steel with the Eisner Award-nominated Superman: Space Age, dropping one of DC’s foundational Super Heroes into the real-world historical and cultural events of the 1960’s. Tomorrow, the trio are poised to deliver an equally distinctive take on Batman, with the launch of their new DC series, Batman: Dark Age.
Today we’re taking a first look at the series debut with new cover art and preview pages. The main cover art comes from series artists Mike and Laura Allred with variant covers from Yanick Paquette and Alejandro Sanchez, Frank Quietly and another cover from the Allreds.
