Paramount Pictures has announced that this summer Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, Forrest Gump, and The Italian Job will return to the big screen to mark their historic anniversaries. Moviegoers will have the chance to experience all three films in 4K in cinemas across the UK and enjoy these fan favourites once again.
The summer season will start with Star Trek: Search for Spock, which celebrates its 40th anniversary and will be screening in UK cinemas from June 14.
This is followed by 90s classic Forrest Gump, marking the film’s 30th anniversary and will be in UK cinemas from July 19.
The summer run ends with much loved British movie The Italian Job, celebrating its 55th anniversary this year and will be in UK cinemas for Bank Holiday weekend from August 23.
