Paramount+ is launching a new web series, Stargaze, in an effort to bring underrepresented stories to our screens. The series has launched with a touching first episode which is sure to be a must-watch for Star Trek fans.
The streamer has paired to Trek legends, Tawny Newsome and Sonequa Martin-Green, for a deep dive chat about life in the spotlight, Black representation and – of course – Star Trek. After the two share some hilarious admiration for each other the episode becomes an incredible insight in to how these two powerhouse actors came to be at the forefront of modern-Trek.

Martin-Green will return to our screens in April for the final season of Star Trek: Discovery. Whilst Newsome has completed work on the fifth season of Star Trek: Lower Decks and is currently working in the writers room on Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, a new series which is set to go in to production later this year.
