Today Prime Video has given us another look at the upcoming remake of 1989’s Road House with a series of new character posters. Doug Liman’s reimagining which puts Jake Gyllenhaal in the lead, will stream exclusively on Prime from March 21, 2024.
In addition, it has been revealed that American rapper and singer Post Malone has joined the cast in the role of Carter. Malone makes his debut in these stylised new posters which includes new looks at the film’s full cast.
In this adrenaline-fueled reimagining of the 80s cult classic, ex-UFC fighter Dalton (Gyllenhaal) takes a job as a bouncer at a Florida Keys roadhouse, only to discover that this paradise is not all it seems.
Liman directs from a screenplay by Anthony Bagarozzi & Charles Mondry. Starring alongside Gyllenhaal are Daniela Melchior, Billy Magnussen, Jessica Williams, Joaquim de Almeida, Conor McGregor, Lukas Gage, Arturo Castro, B.K. Cannon, Beau Knapp, Darren Barnet, Dominique Columbus, Bob Menery, Catfish Jean, Kevin Carroll, Travis Van Winkle and Hannah Lanier.
