It’s that time of the week again. Time to preview the latest adventures of crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise in this week’s brand new episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. “Charades” is a sitcom worthy follow-up to last year’s “Spock Amok” only this time the Vulcan, played by Ethan Peck, has a serious case of split-personalities.
The episode, which streams Thursday on Paramount+, was by written by Kathryn Lyn & Henry Alonso Myers and directed by Jordan Canning. Here’s a sneaky peek at the synopsis:
A shuttle accident leads to Spock’s Vulcan DNA being removed by aliens, making him fully human and completely unprepared to face T’Pring’s family during an important ceremonial dinner.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds stars Anson Mount as Captain Pike, Rebecca Romjin as Number One and Ethan Peck as Spock.
