Tonight Warner Bros. will premiere The Flash to a packed crowd at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. But whilst most of us need to wait a few more weeks to see the film, we do at least have a brand new trailer.
The new trailer expands on plenty of the huge scale action in the film. It also puts plenty of focus on the relationship between Barry (Ezra Miller) and a new(ish) Bruce Wayne, the returning Michael Keaton.
“I lost my parents.” says Keaton in the opening moments of the trailer. “That pain made me who I am. I spent a lifetime trying to right the wrongs of the past as if fighting crime would bring my parents back. You actually did it.”
What follows is a huge montage of both emotional moments from Barry’s past and the huge battle with General Zod (Michael Shannon) and his Kryptonian army.

Worlds collide in “The Flash” when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to turn to. That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian… albeit not the one he’s looking for. Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry’s only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?
Directed by Andy Muschietti, The Flash stars Ezra Miller, Sasha Calle, Michael Shannon, Ron Livingston, Maribel Verdú, Kiersey Clemons, Antje Traue and Michael Keaton. The screenplay is by Christina Hodson, with a screen story by John Francis Daley & Jonathan Goldstein and Joby Harold.
The Flash will be released in cinemas across the UK on 15th June 2023 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
