We’re past the half-way mark in Star Trek: Picard season 3 now. The six episode of the final season, “the Bounty”, arrives in the UK on Paramount+ and Prime Video on Friday. In addition to our recent interviews, today we’re taking a look at the synopsis and official stills gallery for the episode.
“The Bounty” was written by Christopher Monfette and directed by Dan Liu. The synopsis teases the return of several more faces from the past with Picard now on the run from Starfleet…
Now on the run, Picard and the skeleton crew of the U.S.S. Titan must break into Starfleet’s most top-secret facility to expose a plot that could destroy the Federation. Picard must turn to the only soul in the galaxy who can help – an old friend.

The series is produced by CBS Studios in association with Secret Hideout and Roddenberry Entertainment, and is distributed internationally by Paramount Global Content Distribution on Prime Video, outside of the U.S. and Canada. For series three, Alex Kurtzman, Akiva Goldsman, Terry Matalas, Patrick Stewart, Heather Kadin, Aaron Baiers, Rod Roddenberry, Trevor Roth, Doug Aarniokoski and Dylan Massin serve as executive producers. Terry Matalas serves as showrunner for season three.
Series one and two of Star Trek: Picard are currently available on Prime Video internationally in more than 200 countries and territories, and is distributed concurrently by Paramount+ in the U.S.
Season 3 premiere’s on Paramount+ in the US on February 16, 2023, the series returns to screens in the UK on Paramount+ and Prime Video on February 17.
