Later this year Jason Momoa will blaze across our screens in Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom. But before that he’ll be travelling back to 1909 in Altitude Films’ upcoming Western, The Last Manhunt.
In 1909 Willie Boy and his love, Carlota, go on the run after he accidentally shoots her father in a confrontation gone terribly wrong. With President Taft coming to the area, the local sheriff leads two Native American trackers to hunt them down.

Directed by prolific actor Christian Carmago (The Hurt Locker), who appears in the film as a lawman leading the search, and co-written by star Momoa, The Last Manhunt is stylish, tense and violent and all the more powerful for being based on a gripping true story.
Featuring note-perfect performances set against stark desert backdrops, The Last Manhunt shows that, like Bone Tomahawk, The Hateful Eight and The Power of the Dog, the western shows no signs of slowing down.
The Last Manhunt will be available on digital platforms including Google, iTunes, Sky, Amazon, Rakuten and Virgin from January 30, 2023.
