Well… This is a pleasant surprise, isn’t it? As close supporters and collectors, we typically tend to follow Hot Toys’ work, and then beyond that we start predicting which characters and worlds could be explored next. We’ve seen so many characters receive their very own figure, and it’s very easy to spot certain patterns. A lot of the more recent figures have been from the vast worlds of DC, Marvel and Star Wars, so to see them venture outside of those familiar worlds is incredibly exciting. However, we never expected to see the Na’vi on the docket.
Avatar: The Way of Water is proving to be a force of nature and to celebrate its success Hot Toys have teased an entirely unique figure of Jake Sully donning his new look from the new sequel.

It’s only a brief look, but we’ll take it. We never imagined that Hot Toys would ever take their very own journey to Pandora, and we can’t wait to see this figure in all of its glory. A 1/6th scale figure of Jake does raise a few questions… Will Hot Toys expand this collection? Could Neytiri be in the pipeline? And is Jake riding his Ikran in that Instagram post…
For now, we’ll have to play our favourite game. The waiting game, that is. With the announcement so fresh and The Way of Water dominating in cinemas around the world, we can’t imagine the wait will be that long. Hopefully within the coming weeks we’ll receive a full look at this insane figure.
