Today was an incredibly exciting day for Transformers fans, wasn’t it? We finally received our first trailer, which was full of that classic transforming action, and we can’t wait to witness this brand new era of Transformers magic on the big screen. This film is set to bring in some of the coolest elements from the wide Transformers mythos, and considering this film will launch a new trilogy… Rise of the Beasts could be setting the stage for something even bigger.
The trailer wasn’t the only surprise waiting for us. While it was definitely smaller than the trailer… And less explosive, we also got our first poster for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. It pefectly captures that animalistic vibe that this film is leaning into, yet it’s also rather basic. Perfect for that first teaser poster, wouldn’t you say?
It truly is an exciting time for Transformers fans, and we can’t wait to see what this film does with our favourite Autobots. We have a lot to look forward to, and with the film coming out in just over six months, we can definitely expect some additional treats while we wait. As always, we’ll be sure to keep you posted, but for now… Autbots, transform and roll out!
Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure with the Autobots and introduce a whole new breed of Transformer – the Maximals – to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons.
The upcoming sequel from Paramount Pictures is directed by Steven Caple Jr and stars Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, and Luna Lauren Velez. In addition to that, the legend that is Peter Cullen will be back to voice the great Optimus Prime alongside Ron Perlman who will voice Optimus Primal, a transforming gorilla and leader of the maximals. The cast also now includes Peter Dinklage (Scourge), Liza Koshy (Arcee), John DiMaggio (Stratosphere), David Sobolov (Rhinox/Battletrap), Michaela Jaé Rodriguez (Nightbird), Cristo Fernández (Wheeljack), and Tobe Nwigwe (Reek), Michelle Yeoh (Airazor), and Pete Davidson (Mirage).
