As we saunter in to midweek our thoughts are turning to Friday’s brand new episode of Star Trek: Prodigy. Following last week’s brush with The Borg, the crew of the U.S.S. Protostar will find themselves off exploring some strange new worlds this week.
This week’s episode is called “All The World’s A Stage” and was written by co-executive producer Aaron J. Waltke. You may recall that Waltke wrote the outstanding episode “Kabayashi” back in the first half of the season.
The synopsis for “All the World’s a Stage” teases some potential wibbly-wobbly time issues for the team to deal with this week:
The crew answers a distress call to find a colony trapped in Starfleet’s past.
We’ve got a huge gallery of official stills this week as Paramount has provided us with 18 new looks at the episode. You might want to beware some minor spoilers though!
Developed for TV by Kevin and Dan Hageman, Star Trek: Prodigy stars Brett Gray, Ella Purnell, Angus Imrie, Rylee Alazraqui, Dee Bradley Baker and Jason Mantzoukas. The series also marks the return of Kate Mulgrew as a holographic version of Captain Janeway.
The series streams new episodes on Paramount+ in the UK every Friday. Stream all episodes of season one, part one globally now.
