It certainly looks like this week might be an episode we’ve been waiting for for Disney+’s She-Hulk. But before we get to that we need to take a look at the official stills from last week’s episode 5.
“Mean, Green, and Straight Poured into These Jeans” found Jen Walters (Tatiana Maslany) in court defending her trade mark case against the evil influencer Titania (Jameela Jamil). Elsewhere, this episode saw the debut of The Flight Attendant‘s Griffin Matthews as designer Luke Jacobson, a character who certainly opened our eyes to some of what goes on behind-the-scenes for our heroes.
Here’s a look at the official stills released so far by the streamer. You can consider these mild on the spoiler scale…
In our ⭐⭐⭐⭐ review Neil says “The first four episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law are a blast. Creatively this is Marvel Studios’ most television friendly series to-date. The self-referential, 4th wall breaking Jennifer is the perfect antidote to the tried-and-tested superhero formula and Tatiana Maslany is perfectly cast in the role.”
Directed by Kat Coiro (Episodes 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9) and Anu Valia (Episodes 5, 6, 7) with Jessica Gao as head writer, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law follows Jennifer Walters as she navigates the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk. The nine-episode series welcomes a host of MCU vets, including Mark Ruffalo as Smart Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination, and Benedict Wong as Wong.
The cast also includes Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jameela Jamil, Jon Bass and Renée Elise Goldsberry. Executive producers are Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kat Coiro and Jessica Gao. Co-executive producers are Wendy Jacobson and Jennifer Booth.
