God of War Ragnarok, the highly anticipated sequel to the 2018 hit, is just months away and the excitement is starting to kick in. In just 3 months time we’ll be plunged back into the world of Gods and Godesses as Kratos and Atreus continue on their quest to challenge the most dangerous Norse gods scattered across the various realms.
Now, it has been four years since God of War , so your memory may be a little rusty. However, PlayStation have kindly decided to fill in those gaps for us. To prepare us for Ragnarok‘s arrival, PlayStation have created a wonderful recap guide to remind us where we started, and where we left off. Narrated by both Felicia Day and the severed head of Mimir, fans are guided through the main story of God of War with brilliant visuals and a bit of banter from Mimir- He just can’t help himself.
There is also another option for you keen God of War fans. The official PlayStation Blog released a more detailed recap reminding us of the friends we made along the way like the Huldra Brothers, Brok and Sindri, and a bit more on the tragic story behind Baldur. It is a fascinating read and it took us back to our first playthrough all those years ago. There is now this sudden urge to return once more as Raganrok approaches… So, if you’ll excuse us we have Gods to slay.
