News that many have been anticipating has been confirmed tonight. The Flash will be coming to an end with its upcoming 9th season as The CW confirms details on Barry Allen’s final outing on the small screen.
The news was broken by Deadline, who reports that the final season will consist of just 13 episodes. The Flash stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West-Allen, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Brandon McKnight as Chester P. Runk, Danielle Nicolet as Cecile Horton, and Jesse L. Martin as Joe West.
