It’s hard to believe we’re already taking a look at our third month of new content from Paramount+. It feels like only yesterday that the service was just launching here in the UK, but with August right around the corner it’s time check out what new movies and TV we have coming our way.

August will find the season finale of the streamer’s first round of original series including HALO, The Man Who Fell to Earth and, of course, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. But there’ll be plenty of new additions including the fourth season of Yellowstone.

Here’s a look at your August highlights:

    The Box

    Box Set Drops August 11
The Box follows Police Detective Chris Loudon’s mission to expose the truth behind one of America’s worst serial killers. Loudon discovers a box of evidence seized decades ago and untouched. In the box are dozens of photos of young women. Throughout the series, Detective Loudon unravels a terrifying murder mystery created by a monster hiding in plain sight in small-town America, where women’s reports of sexual assault were all too frequently dismissed throughout the 1970s.

    The Disappearance of Gabby Petito

    Box Set Drops August 18
The disappearance of 22-year-old video blogger Gabby Petito gripped America and sparked the internet into a frenzy. For a time, she was the most famous face in the country and the most search subject on the internet. Everyone wanted to know: Where is Gabby Petito? And what happened to her?

This definitive documentary series follows the twists and turns of the investigation, telling the story of a unique 21st Century mystery. Interview with Gabby’s parents reveal the torment of being a family at the heart of such a case, while we hear from the internet sleuths who dedicated their online lives to solving her disappearance.

Here’s a look at the US trailer:

    Yellowstone Season 4

Amid shifting alliances, unsolved murders, open wounds, and hard-earned respect – the ranch is in constant conflict with those it borders – an expanding town, an Indian reservation, and America’s first national park. Yellowstone Season 4 is executive produced by John Linson, Art Linson, Taylor Sheridan, Kevin Costner, David C. Glasser, Bob Yari, and Stephen Kay.

    Rugrats Season 1

    Box Set Drop August 1
A reimagining of the classic ’90s hit, the brand-new Rugrats series features rich and colourful G-animation and follows the babies – Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica, Susie, and his and Lil – as they explore the world and beyond from their pint-sized and wildly imaginative point-of-view. Produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studios, the all-new Rugrats is based on the series created by Arlene Classy, Gabor Csupo and Paul Germain.

Banks), representing a construction worker who was severely injected on the Big Dig, encounters the city’s corruption first-and, all while coping with the traumatic events of her past year.
