Overnight, The CW has unveiled the first trailer for the upcoming Gotham Knights TV series. The series, not connected to the game of the same name, will premiere early in 2023 alongside new seasons of The Flash and Superman & Lois.
The trailer sets up the shocking murder of Bruce Wayne, revealing his identity as Batman to the rest of the city. It seems our main cast will find themselves prime suspects in the murder of the billionaire and will soon be on the run from the corrupt cops of the GCPD.

But in a Gotham with no Dark Knight to protect it, the city descends into the most dangerous it’s ever been. However, hope comes from the most unexpected of places as this team of mismatched fugitives will become its next generation of saviors.
