Yesterday our friends at Marvel Studios brought us the electrifying official teaser trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder. Today we’re taking a closer look at our first glimpse at the movie with a brand new trailer gallery.
In Love and Thunder, Thor (Chris Hemsworth) embarks on a journey unlike anything he’s ever faced – a quest for inner peace. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods. To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi) and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who – to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably wields his magical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor. Together, they embark upon a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late.

Once again directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Love and Thunder stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson and Christian Bale. The film will also see the return of the Guardians of the Galaxy including Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista and Vin Diesel.
The film is set to hit UK cinemas on July 8, 2022 from Marvel Studios and Disney.
