Review
In this latest issue of Power Rangers Universe we see the story arc starting to really gather pace, the Morphin Masters have been struggling with the intense grid energy there is that overall feeling that this is just the beginning and not something that’s winding down. Throughout this book situations point towards the birth of a new era and that’s something that is going to make the next issues unmissable.
Throughout this arc Nicole Andelfinger has introduced a new style and concept to the Power Ranger multiverse but at the same time keeping well within the lore of Rangers that makes the series feel more fluid. I do have a sneaking suspicion that this series is the foundations for something alot bigger and I am definitely here for it.
The illustrations are once again at the feet of Simone Ragazzoni and colours by Mattia Iacono, who work together as a formidable team to create an series that explodes on the eyes with vibrant colours and bold illustrations.
Verdict
Whilst not my favourite of the series so far, what started out slowly still feels essential to the overall arc of the Power Rangers Universe series.
