Universal has begun to draw back the curtain on director Jordan Peele’s mysterious new horror, Nope. We expected the first trailer to drop during the Super Bowl tonight but the studio has instead opted to release the trailer online this morning.
Little is known about the plot of Nope. The first poster teases a large could with a kite tail lurking above a small town. The first teaser footage simply featured the film’s main cast looking toward the sky.
This trailer gives us a much better idea about what to expect when the film arrives in cinemas in July. Watch the terrifying trailer for Nope in the player below:
Directed by Jordan Peele, Nope stars Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer, Steven Yeun, Michael Wincott and Brandon Perea. The film is due to hit cinemas in July 2022.
