March is going to be a huge month for horror fans with premiere streaming platform Shudder adding a huge list of new titles to its service. March includes a number of huge original and exclusive premieres including The Scary of Sixty-First, The Seed and The Bunker Game so we think there’ll be plenty of scares to get you through the first month of spring.
Here’s a look at the full listings for the month:
1st March
- Death Drop Gorgeous
A dejected bartender and an aging drag queen try to survive the eccentric and hostile nightlife of a corrupt city, as a masked maniac slaughters young gay men and drains them of blood.
7th March
- The Ritual
A group of old college friends reunite for a trip to a forest in Sweden, Northern Europe, but encounter a menacing presence there stalking them.
- Nine Miles Down
When all contact is lost with a remote research team drilling deeper into the earth’s crust than ever before, a security expert is sent to investigate.
- Afflicted
Two best friends see their trip of a lifetime take a dark turn when one of them is struck by a mysterious affliction. Now, in a foreign land, they race to uncover the source before it consumes him completely.
14th March
- The Devil’s Rejects
The murderous, backwoods Firefly family take to the road to escape the vengeful Sheriff Wydell, who is not afraid of being as ruthless as his target.
- Eden Log
A man wakes up inside a cave. Suffering amnesia, he has no recollection of how he came to be there or of what happened to the man whose body he finds beside him. He makes his way further into the cave while being trailed by a mysterious creature.
21st March
- Await Further Instructions
A family’s Christmas takes a strange turn when they awake to find themselves trapped inside and begin receiving mysterious instructions through the television.
- The Bay
When two researchers find a staggering level of toxicity in the water they attempt to alert the town before the situation gets out of control. Panic spreads quickly as a deadly plague of parasites is unleashed causing sheer panic in what was once a docile seaside town.
- Burning Bright
A thriller centered on a young woman and her autistic little brother who are trapped in a house with a ravenous tiger during a hurricane.
28th March
- The Collection
A man who escapes from the vicious grips of the serial killer known as “The Collector” is then forced to help rescue an innocent girl from the killer’s booby-trapped lair.
- Knives and Skin
A mystical teen noir that follows a young girl’s disappearance in the rural Midwest and its effect on teens and parents.
- Etheria
Eight new stories by women directors about time warps, emotional-control apps, crime lords, and more!
- The Tombs
A publicity stunt press night held at a world-famous scare attraction turns real when deep in the bowls of the London Tombs, a restless spirit has awoken. Evil, relentless and unstoppable, it hunts down the attendees.
29th March
- Etheria [Season 4]
Eight new stories by women directors about time warps, emotional-control apps, crime lords, and more!
