New Set Photos Give Us Our Best Look Yet At Leslie Grace’s BATGIRL

With Brendan Frasier joining the production, the action is really beginning to heat up on the Glasgow set of Batgirl. Last night eagle-eyed fans were able to catch our best look yet at star Leslie Grace fully suited up.

The production is continuing to film around the Bressi department store which has been seen a lot this past week. It appears the store is at the centre of the Cherry Hill area of Gotham. In the comics, Barbara gives up living in Cherry Hill to move to Burnside when she gains the purple suit which inspired Leslie’s costume in the film.

An excellent new set video, which has even been edited to show all the action, captures Batgirl attempting to rescue survivors from the explosion at Bressi’s.

Directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, Batgirl is written by Christina Hodson (Birds of Prey, The Flash) and produced by Kristin Burr. Starring as Barbara Gordon aka Batgirl is Leslie Grace. The film co-stars J.K. Simmons, Michael Keaton and Brendan Frasier.

The film is rumoured to release later this year.
