SUPERMAN & LOIS’ UK Debut Wins Its Time Slot With 2.7M Viewers
The UK debut of SUPERMAN & LOIS on BBC One wins rave reviews from critics and wins its time slot with a reported 2.7M viewers.

A huge congratulations to the cast and crew of Superman & Lois as the series’ UK debut has been hailed a huge success. Overnight viewing figures from the BBC show that the pilot episode brought in a huge 19.5% of the audience for its time slot, easily winning the hour.
A reported 2.7M viewers tuned in to watch the first episode of the series which simultaneously launched its full season via the BBC iPlayer. Viewers in the UK are now left with two choices: to watch each episode weekly in the Saturday tea-time slot; or to binge the series via iPlayer.
For comparison, the same episode was watched by 1.7M viewers when it debuted on The CW in North America back in February. Over the course of its fifteen episode first season, Superman & Lois was watched by an average 990,000 viewers.
Superman & Lois stars Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch who return as the titular characters. They will, in turn, be joined by Emmanuelle Chriqui as Clark’s ex-girlfriend, Lana Lang, Erik Valdez as Lana’s husband, Kyle Cushing. Dylan Walsh will portray Lois’ father, General Sam Lane. Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin also co-star in the series as Superman and Lois’ sons, Jonathan and Jordan Kent.
