Exciting news UK fans! Spider-Man: No Way Home will be swinging into the cinemas two days earlier next month. While other territories will have to wait until the 17th December, UK Spidey fans will be able to watch it on the 15th. Now, that’s not the only bit of news. With a brand new trailer coming some time tomorrow, we’ve been gifted with a new poster in anticipation for the trailer which in itself is being treated as an event. Considering the amount of hype building around the upcoming trailer, it’s safe to assume that there will be some surprises in store.
The newly released poster features Spider-Man in his Iron Spider suit, and Doctor Strange who seems to have a big role in Spider-Man’s third solo film. Then, much like the previous poster, we’re joined by some familiar villains.
Check out the epic poster below:
Doc Ock’s tentacles are iconic all by themselves so they are impossible to miss. We also have the Green Goblin in the background in the exact same pose as the previous poster. To us, it looks as though they are keeping Goblin out of sight on purpose. Why? That is the question isn’t it? Finally, we have the bright yellow lightning that is wrapping around Spidey and Strange… Who else could it be other than Electro from The Amazing Spider-Man 2. His role is currently a mystery, just like the entire film itself. However, certain leaks and reports suggest that Electro will have a completely different look so it’ll be interesting to see how they tie that into Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man.
What do you think of this new poster? Let us know your thoughts in the comments. Directed once again by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit screens on December 17, 2021 for the US and December 15th for the UK. Tickets should be available to book very very soon.
Watch this space for the upcoming trailer… You won’t want to miss it.
