After opening the Edinburgh International Film Festival, Michael Sarnoski’s Pig is now available in select cinemas and on digital platforms for film fans to finally see! To coincide with the UK release of the film, Altitude released a clip from the critically-acclaimed movie.
Led by Cage, the film follows a truffle hunter who lives alone in the Oregonian wilderness that must return to his past in Portland in search of his beloved foraging pig after she is kidnapped. The film also boasts an incredible supporting cast including Alex Wolff (known for his roles in Hereditary and M. Night Shyamalan’s Old) and Adam Arkin (Sons of Anarchy).
Pig is also one of the most critically-acclaimed movies of the year. Currently, the film sits at an outstanding 97% on Rotten Tomatoes (as of 28/08/21) while audiences seem to be loving the film too; the film currently has an 84% audience score.
