DC Comics has revealed details on the upcoming third issue of writer Tee Franklin’s Harley Quinn: The Animated Series – The Eat. Bang! Kill Tour. The digital-first series continues it’s roll out early via DC Universe Infinite before hitting digital platforms and comic book stores.
The third issue, which hits stores on November 9, 2021, will feature artwork and a main cover from series artist Max Sarin plus a variant cover from Meghan Hetrick.
A brief synopsis for the issue reads:
First dates are usually memorable, and Harley’s is no different. When Hush decides to disrupt their date, Ivy takes action in a way Harley’s never seen before. And will someone get rid of Gordon, please?!
In our review of the series debut issue Neil said “What Franklin does very cleverly in this issue is not just pick up directly from the end of season 2. She slowly transitions from that final scene in “The Runaway Bridesmaid” through to her own original story. It’s not simply a nod to Sarah Peters episode it’s an epilogue wrapped up in the prologue to something brand new.”
