Yesterday word came that production on Andy Muschietti’s The Flash had paused following an accident. A camera assistant was involved in an incident involving the Batcycle which has been spotted around the Glasgow set.
But what you might have missed was our first look at Ezra Miller in costume as the Scarlet Speedster. New videos, shared by The Flash Film News on Twitter show Miller in a hybrid costume made of practical elements and visual effects.

It appears that Miller is filming a scene in which he will be using his abilities. It’s likely the practical suit will be augmented using VFX to visualise Barry traversing the speed force. Other scenes may still use a fully practical suit.

Directed by Andy Muschietti, The Flash is set to star Ezra Miller as Barry Allen. Co-starring as Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Sasha Calle as Supergirl, Ron Livingston as Henry Allen with both Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton appearing as Batman. The film is due for release on November 4, 2022.
