After dropping a number of teases over the last 24 hours, HBO Max’s Titans has debuted the brand new costume for Damaris Lewis’ Blackfire. The latest reveal from the upcoming third season follows previous announcements for both Starfire (Anna Diop) and Red Hood (Curran Walters).
The Blackfire costume is once again designed by the brilliant LJ Supersuits, aka Laura Jean Shannon. Shannon has masterminded not only many of DC’s small screen costumes. She is also the mastermind behind the costumes of The Seven seen in Prime Video’s The Boys.
Here’s a look at the new Blackfire design in full:
Lewis first appeared during the second season. She is set to return in spectacular style during the third season which is also set to introduce Barbara Gordon. No air dates are confirmed but we fully expect the series to return towards the end of summer 2021.
Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson/Nightwing, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Minka Kelly as Dove, Curran Walters as Jason Todd/Robin and Joshua Orpin as Conner Kent/Superboy.
