Last week, Hot Toys teased a brand new figure from The Mandalorian. We’ve had Boba Fett figures before. But it was only a matter of time before Hot Toys gave the epic bounty hunter his aged and weary makeover. However, this figure reveal has been accompanied by a unique twist.

While you can get your hands on the standard Boba Fett, which comes with his iconic armor, there is a Deluxe Version that comes with a second figure. That’s right. You can own two different versions of Boba Fett: the armored version and a version depicting his appearance before he retrieved his damaged armor.

This Deluxe set comes with two separate figures, both of which capture Boba’s different appearances brilliantly. Fans will have the opportunity to mix and match accessories to create the ultimate Boba Fett display. The armored version of Boba will always hold a special place in the hearts of many Star Wars fans. Not only did we get to see the return of Boba Fett, but we also got to see him like we’ve never seen him before.

Having said that, it is hard to deny that his more secretive and casual appearance was still pretty epic. It proved that Boba was still a threat without his armor and it gave Temuera Morrison a time to shine. It may not be everyone’s first choice, but we’re very glad to see this version of Boba in the spotlight.

You can get a full detailed look at the figure set below:

Like most Hot Toys figures, fans will need to be patient. They’ll also need to save up. While we deem this set as well priced, it is still quite a lot. The Deluxe figure is set to be released between April and June of 2022 and is priced at just over £360. It is up for preorder through Sideshow Collectibles.

It does make us wonder though. Will we be getting another Boba Fett figure giving us his vibrant and fresh appearance? Perhaps they’ll save that for the Book of Boba Fett. While we’re at it, can we also get a Fennec figure?

What do you think of Hot Toys’ newest figure? Let us know your thoughts in the comments. Be sure to check out more collectible news right here and you can read up on all things The Mandalorian.
