BATWOMAN Teams Up With Commander Kane In New Episode Images

After finally coming face-to-face with the new Batwoman last week, Commander Kane is going to be teaming up with the Scarlet Knight this week. Brand new episode “Gore On Canvas” will see Kane (Dougray Scott) coming to Ryan Wilder (Javicia Leslie) for help in sourcing a painting which may have links to Kate’s disappearance.

Here’s the full synopsis for the episode:

THE SECRETS UNDERNEATH – Batwoman (Javicia Leslie) is approached by Commander Kane (Dougray Scott) and Agent Moore (Meagan Tandy) to boost an infamous work of art that reveals the way to Coryana – and Kate. Despite her reservations, Luke (Camrus Johnson) and Mary (Nicole Kang) convince Ryan to take the assignment, causing tensions within the Bat-team to escalate. Meanwhile, as Alice (Rachel Skarsten) attempts to fulfill Safiyah’s (guest star Shivaani Ghai) insidious request, she slowly discovers that she may not remember everything about her time on Coryana. Norma Bailey directed the episode written by Daniel Thomsen (#205). Original airdate 2/21/2021.

The last time time a work of art was tied to Kate’s disappearance it was by a mysterious artist named Jack Napier. Anyone familiar with Tim Burton’s Batman ’89 will know that Jack Napier was the name of Jack Nicholson’s character before he became The Joker. Is the Joker set to appear in a future episode of Batwoman?
