With production underway on James Gunn’s Peacemaker series we have news of two new cast members. As per a report from Deadline, The Walking Dead‘s Elizabeth Faith Ludlow and Schitts Creek‘s Rizwan Manji will both have recurring roles on the DC Comics series.
Ludlow is best known for her portrayal of Arat in AMC’s The Walking Dead. Later this year, she will be seen in the HBO Max series Equal. She also can be seen in Netflix’s Another Life, which recently completed production on its second season. Manji recently starred in NBC’s Perfect Harmony opposite Bradley Whitford. Rizwan heavily recurred on The Magicians, as well as Mr. Robot. He also recurred on Pop TV’s Schitt’s Creek.
Details on both actors roles are being kept heavily under wraps. It is currently understood that both actors will recur as characters named Keeya and Jamil. Gunn took to social media to welcome both to the production revealing that he, unknowingly, has worked with Ludlow before.
