Over the weekend the now defunct Marvel Television finally gave fans their fist look at M.O.D.O.K. The adult comedy series, which comes to Hulu in 2021, is the last production of the team which brought Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter and the infamous Inhumans to screens over the past decade.
A synopsis released for the series reads:
In Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K., the megalomaniacal supervillain M.O.D.O.K. (Oswalt) has long pursued his dream of one day conquering the world. But after years of setbacks and failures fighting the Earth’s mightiest heroes, M.O.D.O.K. has run his evil organization A.I.M. into the ground. Ousted as A.I.M.’s leader, while also dealing with his crumbling marriage and family life, the Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing is set to confront his greatest challenge yet: a midlife crisis!

M.O.D.O.K. is set to be voiced by Patton Oswalt and he will be joined by a who’s who of comedy actors including Aimee Garcia as Jodie, Ben Schwartz as Lou, Melissa Fumero as Melissa, Wendi McLendon-Covey as Monica Rappaccini, Beck Bennett as Austin Van Der Sleet, Jon Daly as Super Adaptoid and Sam Richardson as Gary.
