Warner Bros. releases new hi-res stills from Denis Villeneuve’s DUNE

Take a look at four new HD stills from Denis Villeneuve’s DUNE. The film is due to hit cinemas in December 2020.

In readiness for next week’s trailer release, Warner Bros. has released four new hi-res stills from Denis Villeneuve’s Dune.

The new stills, first released by Empire Magazine, feature new looks as Timothee Chalamet, Josh Brolin, Zendaya, Oscar Isaac, Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin in the film.

There’s nothing too spoiler-y here so fans will continue to have to wait for the September 9 online release of the trailer to get an idea of how Villeneuve’s interpretation of the film will play out.

Dune stars Timothee Chalamet in the lead role of Paul Atreides. He will be joined by Javier Bardem as Stilgar, Josh Brolin as Gurney Halleck, Zendaya as Chani, Oscar Isaac as Duke Leto Atreides, Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica, Stellan Skarsgard as Baron Harkonnen, Dave Bautista as “The Beast” Rabban, Jason Momoa as Duncan Idaho and Charlotte Rampling as the Reverend Mother.
