FOX UK has confirmed that it will be airing the season 10 finale of The Walking Dead on October 5. The airing follows the pattern of the show airing here in the UK the day after it airs on AMC in the US.
Confirming the news on their social media channels, FOX UK has also debuted a short, tense new promo for the episode.

The clip sees the return of Maggie, Beta leading an attack on the group, and Gabriel showing his amazing leadership skills. It was also revealed during this panel that after the finale airs, six additional episodes of Season 10 will be filmed and air in 2021. The Walking Dead Season 10 finale will air on AMC in the US on October 4, 2020.
